Jane Marie has been in the real estate industry since 1983. She represents clients in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas Hill Country specifically within the cities of Marble Falls, Burnet, Horseshoe Bay, Spicewood, and Cottonwood Shores. Recently, she has been directly involved in the development of the mixed-use master planned communities of La Ventana at Lake Marble Falls in Marble Falls, TX and The Ranch at Delaware Creek in Burnet, TX. Currently she has the privilege of serving as a Commissioner on the City of Marble Falls Planning & Zoning Board as well as on the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee.

Jane Marie grew up in Austin and attended Austin Community College and Southwest Texas State University now known as Texas State University. Since 2000, she and her husband have been residents of Marble Falls. Her youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations - drill team, Big Buddy Program (now known as Big Brother Big Sister) and flying. Current interests and hobbies of hers include spending time with the family, water sports, snow skiing, coaching softball and attending church. She is married to Steve Hurst, a real estate developer and attorney practicing in the area of real estate, and they have three children: Bill, Daniel and Tory.
